Products: are guaranteed to be free of defect in both material and workmanship for one (1) year. Cartridges are remanufactured under the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Any product that is found defective will be replaced or full payment returned. Used according to OEM’s specifications, the cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer designed to use a laser cartridge of any type. If damage to such a printer is caused by a defect in a product, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of all service and repair to the printer. This is dependant upon the customer providing us satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in our product. The defective product must be returned with a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the service representative.
Maintenance Contracts and Repair Services:
IMS provides two types of services for equipment: Maintenance Contracts and Repair Services.
Maintenance Contracts – are designed to reduce chances of costly downtime by maintaining and prolonging the life of your equipment. Also, through proper maintenance your equipment will continue to provide optimal performance. When servicing equipment we follow the manufacturer’s recommended service procedures to ensure the best outcome.
Maintenance contract estimates are available upon request. The estimated cost will vary depending upon the equipment covered and distance traveled. Priority response is given to our customers who have a Maintenance Contract in the event that a machine under contract experiences a failure.
Repair Services – we also provide onsite and offsite (depot) service and support.
Onsite service: provides convenient and responsive repair and support services on critical equipment at your location.
Depot service: allows carry-in repair and support at our location for non-critical equipment. We will be glad to explain our repair options and to provide an estimate for repair and replacement work. Depot repair estimates are always free.
