Products are guaranteed to be free of defect in both material and workmanship for one (1) year. Cartridges are remanufactured under the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Any product that is found defective will be replaced or full payment returned. Used according to OEM’s specifications, the cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer designed to use a laser cartridge of any type. If damage to such a printer is caused by a defect in a product, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of all service and repair to the printer. This is dependant upon the customer providing us satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in our product. The defective product must be returned with a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the service representative.
